Lavender is a plant which dates back in time for
centuries. It has long been recognised for its
wonderful scent and the antiseptic healing qualities
of the lavender oil. Over the years it has become an
impressive addition to many gardens, and generations
of gardeners have enjoyed its heady perfume and
stunning colour.
Hauiti Lavender Farm
was planted in 1998 and lavender oil
from the plants has been available since the first
cut when the plants were three months from planting.
Products are 100% New Zealand and may be used in many ways including
aromatherapy and other aromatics use. Samples
from the oil have received excellent results from
analysis at The Institute for Crop and Food Research
Ltd, New Zealand.
